「The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was given a room right next to the pool, with a loud system right outside the door. I immediately requested a room change and they were very kind and gave me a much quieter spot. Definitely call before and request a room away from the pool. It might also be helpful to request a room that overlooks the mountains and not the garden. The garden side is basically a wall of greenery, it’s nice but there’s no view or direct sunlight. 「The building and room were beautiful and right in the heart of Viejo San Juan. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower with good water pressure. Checking in and out was very easy. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Puerto Rico.」

「The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. 」
