The location is good, nearby the Cerró Gordo beach, they lend you beach items, which is very helpful. The downside is the property was not clean enough ( bathroom and kitchen area especially, there is a kitchenette but no table or dining area. Also, the pool was messy and dirty. I think there is room for improvement for example install a dehumidifier to remove the excess of humidity in the apartment.

No me sentí cómoda yo alquilé para seis personas pero solo había 2 camas y para un máximo de 2 personas por cama, envié mensaje el primer día nunca me contestaron ni resolvieron mi situación. Eso me disgustó mucho. No hay área de estacionamiento solo un estacionamiento para tantos apartamentos. Querían que me estacionara en una ferretería que estaba lejos del lugar sin vigilancia. La policía local al nosotros estar estacionados encima de la acera por qué no había de otra obviamente nos dio boletos de $200. Aunque está en un lugar estratégico al lado del balneario realmente necesitan hacer algo con los estacionamientos para sus huéspedes. En cuanto a la limpieza no estaba mal pero habían muchas cosas que no estaban limpias. Realmente la ubicación es espectacular por que queda al lado del balneario. Todavía el área de la piscina está en remodelación y necesita limpieza el área de la piscina. Realmente hasta el día de hoy nunca contestaron mis quejas ni resolvieron nada. Muy triste

The room itself was nice and clean but dont expect any extras such as water, coffee etc. Does have 2 small burners for cooking but no microwave. The temperature in the living room a/c was set and could not be changed. The exterior was nice but the pool could have been cleaner. The worker they have living and taking care of the property was very unfriendly and offered little to no assistance.

I booked my stay same day after the concierge hours. I was unable to gain access to the establishment and as a result, I had to find an alternative stay very last minute. I made contact with the host and he refused to answer phone calls or be accommodating in anyway. I ended up booking a different hotel and am currently in a a dispute with my cc company against the hotel. I would avoid this place if you can.

The room was clean, but when I booked I was told I would have two separate rooms but there was only one room. When I tried asking if there were any other rooms available, apparently there wasn’t. So one of my brothers had to sleep on the couch. Also at one point I tried asking for more towels and I didn’t get a response back from the host. And whenever we called the number they never picked up.

I like how the unit was set up it was nice look exactly like the pictures and the beach was close that was a plus what I didn’t like is the back of the hotel was not properly maintained the pool was dirty it need more lights back there I don’t like how the towels are kept outside there were nets on the clean towels the shower floor is cement I hated that the water pressure was terrible also if your someone like me that’s in Puerto Rico to be on the tourist side and have fun without a rental this is not a good place it’s so far from the city and La Placita the staff was nice even tho we barely seen them but were helpful when I seen them it’s a good place just a bad area they’re stray dogs and cats all thru out the neighborhood and the neighbors were loud each morning sometimes nights the area didn’t feel that safe but the hotel and staff were ok I give the place a 6 out of 10

The location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our 5-day stay was overshadowed by cleanliness issues. During our stay, we saw seven cockroaches, including two large cockroaches in the pool. The pool was dirty and not suitable for swimming, which was very disappointing since it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to using. Parking was also a challenge because there was only one available parking space. The lighting on our side outside was pitch black the lights weren’t even on. While the staff did their best and the location was good, the cleanliness issues and lack of adequate parking made our stay much less enjoyable. I hope the property addresses these problems because it has potential.

There was nothing good about this place. I felt I was being scammed. We had issues getting into our room because we arrived after hours and the “so called office “ close at 9pm. Tried to contact the host no answer. We had to get another room for the night and came back to this place and found no staff again although the office says open 6a-9p. Called the listed number and someone text back saying they don’t work there anymore and gave us some number which was no help. The pool was nasty there were roaches crawling around and the trash was so full that it begin to pile in the middle of the street. I traveled with 3 children my husband and an elderly person. Parking was also terrible. This was very unacceptable. I would think twice and then again before booking here. It shouldn’t even be listed. Thank goodness Expedia made this right for us and got us another room on them. Do not book!
