"It was very cold on the plane, and I had a hard time because I hadn’t brought a jacket. The resort was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the delicious cuisine from various countries. The staff were friendly. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, so it was cold."

"We were amazed by the resort, right from the pick up from the airport ( thanks Elias) to assistance from the staff. The pool and resort were immaculate and the service was impeccable. The room was clean and very comfortable. We would like to mention the amazing staff starting with Tristan our concierge. He helped us with any questions or issues we may of had. At the pool we want to thank Chez, Francisco,Edwin and Sebastian. We have forgotten a couple names but all the pool staff were great. Our service at the restaurant was first rate. All the servers were professional, fun and made the dining experiences enjoyable. Thank you for a marvellous experience, our family truly enjoyed and appreciated such a special vacation at Grand Residences! Exceeded all our expectations. The Lyons family will be back and we’re strongly recommending your resort to all of our friends and family. Thank you!"

"The pool was beautiful. I did not like that it was very confusing to get to the rooms. The vegetation is beautiful but it blocks the view to see where you need to go."
