「The staff so kind and nice」

「The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.」

「Excellent」

「We were very impressed with the staff and the facilities, such as the bars and the day spa. We were less impressed with the food at the on-site restaurants. The resort seemed to present itself as a boutique facility, but it didn't measure up to that standard when it came to the kitchen. Both the food quality and taste were much lower than expected. It is an older hotel so a bit rundown.」

「This was a getaway with my two adult sons. We had a Master Premium suite and honestly, this place knocked it out of the ballpark. The room was very comfortable, well appointed. The housekeeping staff were attentive with twice a day visits. Turndown service at night and general cleaning in the morning. The food was excellent. This is a smaller resort so not quite as many choices as might be found in larger places. It's strongly advised that you book all your dinner reservations at the...
