"To be honest this hotel exceeded my expectations, I thought it was more like those poor motels but when I enter to the room it was different. Beds very clean and very white sheets, the bathroom also super clean, all white and modern, towels were super clean and white. But what I LOVED the most is "NO PETS ALLOWED". Can't think of the idea that I have to sleep where a PET sleeps. I recommend this hotel 100%."

"Loved the view of the waterway out the back and the nice shower. Be prepared for some train noise overnight, but we thought it was worth the view! Walkable to the historic area of St Augustine with just one busy street to cross "

"It’s a good hotel, but I don’t understand why a pet-friendly hotel has carpet in the rooms. I also didn’t see the need for valet parking, especially with a $29 per day charge it didn’t seem necessary. But overall, it was good for our family to stay there for two nights. One more thing: when we arrived after 4 PM, the room wasn’t available. They ended up putting us in a room for guests with disabilities."

"The Emerald room was great, close to the parking with its own entrance. The staff was wonderful, our air conditioners were not working, but they offered us another room(which we refused) and they made it very comfortable for us with fans. It did not affect our visit at all.i would stay there again."

"The only positive thing is central location and that parking is close by and convenient. Pretty much everything else was subpar. Toilet door that didn’t stay closed. Abysmally low water pressure in the sink. Sink and bathtub/shower right in the room. Temperature control in the hallway, not in the room. Room advertised as having a private terrace, but that terrace required going outside of the room, and was open to other guests. Breakfast was small, not particularly tasty, and slowly served. Not a repeat for sure."
