Following our check-out, my husband inadvertently left his pill case in the room, and Abigail promptly contacted me to inform us and facilitate its retrieval. 「Everything was good. I found the major attraction near by. I would like to mention a good customer service offered by Olivia, the receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous. I will like the hotel to have more chargers for electric vehicles. This hotel has one only.」

「This could have been a 3 star review, BUT.... The hotel, restaurant and marina bar are something out of the past, harking back to the golden age of tiki themed resorts. Our assigned room was nice but the air conditioning was dated and the room wouldn't cool at all. A call to the front desk, and we were upgraded to a recently remodeled room with cold cold air and a complimentary drink. We loved our stay!! My compliments to the wonderful and accommodating staff. We will definitely return!!」
