"The Kenwood Inn is everything we thought it would be and more. The staff (Allison, Pat and Barb) made you feel comfortable from the time you walked in until you left. "

"Room was really damp and we found a lot of black mold. There was a bad smell of sewage during the night. Not to mention a heavy freight train is passing every single hour, just outside the window, also during the night. A/c unit had also fallen out of the wall and the walls had splashes of unknown substances. This might be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Left as early as possible following morning. "

Just a short walk from all your favorite things to do in St Augustine there is a restaurant right below the hotel and down the road is all the shops! And parking is great here only 20 bucks extra and your guaranteed a parking space unlike other hotels. "

"Our room was very small and although it seemed clean it really wasnt clean. Hot water was a problem. The toilet rm was separated by a curtain and the tub and vanity are in the room. Overall kinda dingy."
