「We had an awesome time at Hyatt Zilara. The staff is excellent and super friendly. They have an awesome coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries. The breakfast buffet is good. Food was to be as expected at an all inclusive resort. The Asian restaurant and the hibachi was the best. Pool is nice and large. Special shout out to Michelle the pool concierge and Lucero, the barista (both sweet ladies) who made our stay so pleasant! Thank you all, for the amazing job you do every single day!!」

「Wide variety of food and activities each day. You don't get easily bored. The place is clean, staff professional and polite.」

「Stunning property, beautiful room views, amazing pools! Staff were 5 star. Would love to come back!」

「This was our fifth visit to the Princess Resort, and we will never return. Our primary goal—to relax—was not achieved, and the main reason is that it is incredibly, excessively noisy. Even the playground offers no respite from the screaming children in the relaxation areas, and the acoustics of the balconies amplify the sound significantly. Music blares everywhere—often exceeding permitted volume levels—and getting any assistance from the administration has become a major challenge; the...

「Resort was clean, fun and entire staff was great. Lots of fun times at the pool. Gym was also great. There were 10 of us traveling - and we all agreed the staff, entertainment, bartenders, wait staff and overall amenities were awesome. Note if you are looking for a great beach, this is not the place (but we are not big beach people, so it worked for us) and there are only 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner, without paying more for food experience),」

「The staff are what makes Valentin so special! Yes, the rooms and the grounds are beautiful and the food is outstanding, but the staff are the shining stars! At Mar Tierra there’s the manager, Sam, who is amazing! The waitstaff including Albino, Abraham, Isidro, Gabino, Felipe, and Miguel are the BEST!!!! They are the reason we keep returning! This was our 13th visit to Valentin!」

「1推销自费的服务人员极力推销，影响旅行体验，2.已经订好好的酒店在check in 的时候前台强制再多付700美金，最后多给了现金500才放行，以后不会再到这个酒店度假」

「The food, service and hospitality staff were amazing. Thank you.」

「Rude and belittling, bordering on elder abuse. They will be receiving legal correspondence from my attorney, who i will retain immediately upon returning to Texas. I will never spend another dime in Mexico. Ever. They will lose more customers than me given the adolescent intimidation factors used by the night manager. He made aggressive gestures towards me. The kind that men use to challenge each other to a fight. Im a 60 yr old woman.」

「The only problem (actually it’s not resort’s problem) is the extreme humidity of the room, besides this all others are good」

「La habitación está ok, pero la cama es sumamente dura e incomoda y el calentador de la habitacion donde me quedé no servía. Claramente no es un hotel 5 estrellas, por lo que no está mal, pero si le falta cariño」
