"I had a late check-in hassle free, but the towel in the room did not smell clean. Staff was helpful. Did not use all the amenities as I only had an overnight stay, left pretty early to catch my flight. Breakfast Buffet was pretty good but felt so chaotic. As some are sitted outside dining area due to no sittung available yet, and if your trying to leave as early go at like 6am maybe there be less people"

"The Free Buffet Breakfast for hotel guests was from 6-9:30 am. The lunch 12 noon to 2:30pm and dinner buffet are 1/2 price for their hotel guest and their guest. On top of the 50% discount, seniors are entitled to additional 20% off. The international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner were superb. We enjoyed the food selections. The Dining room staff gave us and excellent service. The Jasmine Chinese Restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel served us excellent Chinese soup and food at a reasonable price with a senior discount. The Housekeeping Staff and services were excellent. The Concierge and Reception staff services were excellent too. The parking slot is free for each room. The hotel has 25 floors. We were at the 14th floor. Our twin bed superior room has a very good view and very comfortable beds, pillows and beddings and toiletries. We enjoyed our 10 days stay at New World Hotel Makati City Philippines."

"Stayed in the penthouse king room 903. Room is really nice, balcony big. Need to fix water heater at main bathroom, intermittent hot water. Need to hold phone chord in receiver to use room phone. Free on site parking is 4 stalls at most so no parking really. Otherwise staff really good and fast. Also staff at breakfast time is on point. ⭐️"

"We stayed 2 nights,on our first day, we complained about the sink that it was plugged the receptionist said they will look into it but never happened. No housekeeping was done . They didn’t give us fresh towels on our second day despite calling them few time requesting for it. The bedroom, the bathroom was so dirty. I got an itch, scratching my skin sleeping on that bed.air conditioning sucks,not cold enough though it was on maximum temperature"
