The room was nice enough but a bit shabby and not overly clean. The communication from the management team was excellent and Mel was very accommodating. We didn’t really research the area and wish we had as it wasn’t the best, when you can rent rooms by the hour around the corner that gives you a pretty good indication! Overall experience was ok but I wouldn’t stay again.

Best NAIA T3 airport hotel location - 5 min walk from T3 via covered walkway (Runway Manila). Cross a small back alley street and you are at the hotel entrance.
Well appointed room, clean, and often a third of the price than other hotels that requires ANOTHER 5-10min walk after the covered walkway. Lawson/Starbucks in the same building. Highly recommened for a late night arrival and/or early morning departure out of NAIA T3 (not T1 or T2).

We booked the hotel because of their free airport shuttle. But soon found out that if you arrive after 4pm, you'll have to wait until 7pm for their next scheduled shuttle (and last for the day). Also, their earliest shuttle in the morning is at 7am. If you have international flights at 9am, you're better getting a Grab service. Unfortunately, we were unable to use their shuttle services.
