"This was my third stay at this location in a year. The Executive Club King room is always luxurious great amenities like a pillow menu, the pantry breakfast is like visiting Epcot. Food from around the world always tasty and a great variety. Special details like the omlette bar, pastry station, and foods rom around Asia. The star though is the nightly cocktail hour at the Executive club lounge with high end cocktails, gourmet appetizer and an incredible view from the roof top bar. We always enjoy their spotless pool and their well appointed gym. Take advantage of the discount for hotel guests and visit the best spa in Manila Devarana Spa for massage treatments that are relaxing. The location of the hotel in the heart of Makati across the street from SM Mall makes dining out and shopping convienent. Finally the staff is always helpful, and caring. Can't recommend this hotel enough. "

"The hotel was top-notch the staff everything was very nice clean rooms, beautiful pool The only thing that was really frustrating and annoying to me was when I booked it on Expedia it showed no extras then breakfast was blank. Nothing else in the profile showed anything about breakfast. I assumed that means breakfast was free there was no place to buy breakfast When I got there, they said that breakfast was not free. It was 1500 pesos each person. I was there for three nights that would’ve been 9000 pesos or $152.00 not even worth it for breakfast I told the clerk it was a rip off. "

"Excellent guest services personnels. From our arrival the guy offered us bottled water, to check-in(Aaron) to luggage assistance(Dewey) everything was well coordinated and smooth. Aaron even gave us free welcome drinks at the bar and showed us all our options to make our stay even more convenient for esp for timers. You guys deserve more than 5 stars!!! We will definitely book again everytime we come and visit manila (makati area).. this is definitely one of the best fairmont hotel experience ever!"
