"Service was very good but the room was NOT extraordinary to elevate it to a 5-star hotel. The bathroom was 5-star level though. I have been to better rooms in just 3-star hotels quite honestly."
"Unfortunately at the present time the Ascott is in the middle of a construction project which obviously detracts from the overall presentation of the property. However once inside this is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. You are right in the middle of 3 conjoined shopping malls within which there are many restaurants. The staff were above and beyond."
