The room was big, comfy bed and linens too. View of the skyscrapers in the business district was beautiful at night from our studio room. We loved the rooftop bar with fun drinks and bar food as well. Overall would come back again!

Great hotel! Great location in the heart of Makati, near the Powerplant Mall and the Ayala Greenbelt malls, a street food bazaar, and a lot of fun bars. The rooms were nice - we stayed in an upgraded king room and it was very spacious. Staff were all very friendly. A great experience!

The king studio room was well equipped with high ceilings, abundant space, and spectacular views. I enjoyed the breakfast bar with plenty of asian, western and healthy options. Explored the rooftop bar for even more nighttime views. Pool was on a noisy level but I liked the clear bottom feature, it was a standout. The front desk was very attentive and I even enjoyed a complimentary 2pm check-out. Would recommend if you're consider I'm Hotel!

Customer service was consistent and unrelenting. Only negative I had (mildew smell in room) was quickly addressed by staff with bio dome/atmosphere gadget. Had no issues afterwards. Recommend to any and all travelers. Spa treatments are fantastic!
