「Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available. Bad business tactic !!!」

「The service provided by Eric and his team was nothing short of spectacular! On the day of our arrival he connected with us to ensure he was there to receive us on arrival. We got lost and he was able to help us navigate and meet us on the other side of the entrance with his team ready to assist with our luggages. He then got us settled letting us know everything we need to know about the place. He even gave us suggestions on nightlife places we might like. On our last day he also assisted us...

「Friendly staff. Clean room. I had an early check in at an empty unit. The early check was charged seriously. Unit has super fast internet, Netflix, smart tv. Even a washing machine. 」

「因為是服務式公寓, 不能和一般酒店裡面的設施去比較. 入住前最好預先用電郵或者到達馬尼拉時用電話聯絡公寓. 到了再聯絡管家等取鑰匙, 房間有簡單設備, 毛巾只有兩條浴巾, 牙刷, 飲用水, 但WIFI超慢.. 個人覺得這家服務式公寓唯一好處就只是地點方便, 附近有超市, 餐廳...等等! 如果你要到附近出差是還可以的. 但千萬不要要求有酒店式的服務. 」
