「Ok, first, staff is very kind, helpful and nice. So my remark has nothing to do with that. It's a budget hotel and room, so we understood its not going to be a 5star. Understanding this, we didnt have regular hot water in the shower and the floor in our bathroom tile was always somewhat wet because drainage in bathroom was not good. Bathroom water pressure for shower was low. On the plus side, the bed was great, the air con was great, and the staff was great. We felt safe in the hotel too...

「I had a great time, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Very clean, nice location, and very nice pool. Eden and Nora at the reception were very helpful, and kind and accommodated my needs. 」

「Me and my fiancee were actually really impressed with how good this place was. Clean, professional, cozy and a great view of the city. It’s walking distance from Robinson’s Mall/Center which was is a big plus for me and the future wifey. Also, customer service as well as security were very accommodating and helpful. 「I recommend this hotel to to potential travellers in regards to cleanliness and customer service of the staff were very good. The hotel was clean and also has an elevator and the plated breakfast was also hot and fresh. There were no roaches to be seen, and I assume this property overall does not have a pest problem.
