"Stayed 9-days (May 18-27, 2026) at the Holiday Inn & Suites Makati. Comparing it to our 4-days (May 31 - June 4, 2026) at Dusit Thani Manila and 2-days (June 4-6, 2026) at Citadines Salcedo Makati (condotel), our overall BEST stay amongst the three, was at the Holiday Inn & Suites Makati.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Every single staff member warmly greeted us throughout the day during our entire stay. Their customer service is impeccable and their eagerness to go above and beyond for their hotel guests is unforgettable.
PROPERTY/GROUNDS/ROOM
The building looks brand new, well maintained, modern, sleek, upscale, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We're smokers and we were glad that this hotel has a designated smoking section located on the 5th floor, as Makati has very strict smoking laws forbidding you to smoke in most public areas. Bedding is made of quality linen, the bed is very comfortable, and the central AC in our room is self-controlled, which I liked. Also, the Glorietta Mall is located beside/behind the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
EXECUTIVE LOUNGE
We opted for a room that included the VIP Access on the Expedia website, which allowed us to enjoy the Executive Lounge that was available to us for breakfast, afternoon tea time that included a variety of desserts, and evening cocktails.
BREAKFAST
We enjoyed the ultimate daily breakfast buffet every morning at Flavors located on the lobby floor. So many choices of food to choose from.
