「The hotel and staff are amazing. It’s clean, comfortable with great amenities. Close to everything you need. Couldn’t give it and all the staff higher paise. Will stay there again for every trip I make.」

「I stayed for five nights this time, and I was very satisfied with the team led by our butler, Desiree. They created a group chat for easy communication, and any assistance I needed was provided immediately. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. TW Hsiao」

「An older more classic style Shangri-La hotel. I have stayed on multiple occasions and thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time around. I will return when in Makati.」

「Room is clean」

「The air conditioning was a bit noisy, though it wasn't a major issue for me as I wore earplugs to sleep. I'm not sure if it was just my room or if all units are like that. The studio I booked is very spacious, and it is definitely a great value for the price.」

「自助早餐選擇多，每日都轉一點菜式。執房服務並不整除，有待改善。酒店位置較佳，鄰近商場購物方便。」

「It was very clean」

「Spacious suites that are clean.」

「The hotel is under renovation and compare my previous is not as good talking about the room. It's fully book. But the front desk and the staff are great!」
