Very friendly curteous staff. Great location for first time Manila visitors. Conveniently located very close to offices, shopping, laundry etc. Staff is very polite. On the day of the arrival, staff let us check in early and gave the room. I was impressed to see the staff always checked our taxi cars after we arrived to see if we had taken everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel apartment.

Room was excellent, very spacious. The staff were fantastic always so polite and helpful. I can't fault the customer service. We paid extra for breakfast, price was reasonable and selection was good. The only let down was that the pool and gym on the 9th floor was being renovated, so no pool, gym was a temporarily moved to 38th floor with a few machines. If gym and pool were open for normal business I would have given them higher rating. Higher if closer to shops But overall I would stay here again if in the area.
