「Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

「Stay away from this host, doesn't care about anything. We had no sheets, no towels, a lot of damage to property, no cutlery, dirty utensils, dirty pillows/ nasty. And last day he purposely didn't pay electricity and lied about it. I went to property management office, where they told me that if we have no power its only if he purposely didn't recharge his account. So we lost power around 4am, no AC, no h9t water, no lights. STAY AWAY!!!」

「Our check in was great, security was informed of our late arrival. The room has all the basic amenities, clean and spacious with an excellent view of the Manila bay. We appreciate the big gallon of clean potable water ready to be consumed.」
