「Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

「The hotel, like most of the hotels in Tagaytay, is facing the crater lake. But the international hotel chain has been a great disappointment to me.
First of all, for the time I found my Deposit box in my room is wrong;
secondly, the hotel is very old, air conditioning noise is very serious will let you hard to sleep for the whole night；
finally, encountered two problems so serious, obviously there are other rooms in the premise, and the reaction I they did not mean to change the room.」

「All the staff were courteous. The room I got at the villa was spacious & very comfortable. Loved the huge pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent but it would be nice to have a couple more dishes to choose.」
