We stayed for 3nights. The first day of buffet breakfast we had…the food selections at the main lobby restaurant were suboptimal. The egg omelette tasted like it was a powder mix. Food Buffet presentation was poor. We had the privilege to go to The one at the 28th floor breakfast buffet based on the type of booking we had, the made to cook breakfast was better. We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful. Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra refill available to use even though we started with very minimal to use. The same with facial tissues available. It looks like this hotel is going through transition and looks understaffed I hope it gets better because I like the location. Thank you!

The staff was not very professional. We arrived at 2:45, 15 minutes before 3pm check in. The staff person reacted as if we were not aware of the 3 pm check in. Most hotels will try to be friendly to customers, but we were treated poorly. Then we were told that we needed a passport to check in. We do not carry passports unless we are traveling internationally. After some bickering we checked in with drivers license. Just not a pleasant experience. Then we were told that since we prepaid with Expedia we needed to pay cash for room service. The carpet in the hallway smelled musty as did the carpet in the room. we will never return to this hotel.

This unplanned trip to the Philippines—my first in almost four decades—brought me to this hotel because of its proximity to Asian Hospital, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. I travel frequently and stay in many properties worldwide, yet the hospitality here stands out for its genuine care and consistency. From the moment I notified the hotel of my late arrival, the service was exceptional. I was met at the airport, assisted with luggage, guided through the check-in process, and welcomed at the Executive Lounge with sincere warmth after a 25-hour journey. Throughout my stay, every department—concierge, security, lounge, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and management—has demonstrated remarkable attentiveness. Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and hospitality I experienced throughout my stay.

The staff was very nice however not enough staff to service this size hotel. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning with all glass toppers lifted and cleaned properly. Rooms are comfortable, beds nice and soft, showers are very nice with excellent water pressure. There are no soap trays - what a mess. Upholstery in rooms (chairs, couches) need cleaning. Hallway carpet is lifting everywhere which is a trip hazard. Overall a nice place that needs cleaning and more staff. Service times are very slow. Phone's in some rooms dont work

The property is nice but once you check in they will require to pay a deposit of 3000 pesos per room, payment via cash or card. Since we dont have peso yet, we paid through credit card but they told us the deposit money will be refunded after 2 or 3 weeks. Then the worst story i regret, i dont know whether i left the room door opened during our breakfast, but luckily nothing was stolen, after two hours we went to front office to check out, again we we're told to wait 10 mins since they have to check the room. Then they charged us 5000 php saying that they found ashes of cigarette in my trashbin. BUT i never smoke and not a smoker. They will try to extort money from you. Just be careful when you check out. Be sure to be in the room while the checker is in your room. You never know if they just put the ashes there just to charge you 5000 php. BEWARE!
