I like the acceility to terminal 1 of ninoy aquino international Airport. One only thing that i m not satisfied is the food! The food that was advertise is not what is shown on the menu! Other than that, i will recommend to friends!

The hotel was very convenient to all airport terminals in Manila and a free shuttle could be arrange one way..The free breakfast in the morning was good and always cooked fresh for you..My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable..The staff was friendly and helpful...I stayed 3 nights and was in a rear room in the hotel and for the most part, quite..Now a few negatives..When I arrived the elevator was out of service and my room was on the third floor and I had several bags but got some help to carry them upstairs. The elevator was repaired the day before I left..My room was very small, could hardly move around in it with my luggage in the room..But overall, a good stay..

Little Things Mean A Whole Lot!

The whole experience was excellent!!! I'd give this property a 4.5 star rating in customer service. From the front desk all the way to transportation --- staff were friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Special thanks to the following hotel staff: 1)Keith and staff from the restaurant who was prompt in taking our orders and having our food sent to our table on time. 2)The chef/ cook who prepared our food beyond our expectations. Everything you prepared was to die for!!! 3) To the front desk staff who worked deligently in assisting us to secure our Certificate of Acceptance in order for us to travel to Manila for our trip back to Toronto. 4) Lastly, to MARLON our driver/housekeeper who always has a ready smile and made sure that our stay for 3 nights were comfortable by looking in to our needs from cleaning the rooms all the way to the smallest things like toiletries ----A BIGTHANK YOU!!! :) Look forward to staying again the next time. Maraming maraming salamat po sa lahat!!.

Service needs a lot of improvement

I have arranged for the free shuttle of my elderly auntie to be picked up at the airport. We followed as per their emailed instructions but my auntie ended up waiting for 3 hours at night time for the shuttle to arrive (7pm arrival - picked up at 10.30pm for a hotel just right across the airport). She eventually got pick up, arranged for the breakfast and shuttle in the morning. The breakfast was delivered on the last minute leaving her just 10mins to eat her breakfast before the shuttle leaves for the airport. No information given and the phone numbers to call (restaurant/kitchen) from the room no one answers. The reception wasn't very helpful.

New and close to the Manila Airport.

The hotel is still new so it is in good condition. A little noisy as it faces the airport parking lot. Most of the staff were good but not impressed with their male breakfast of staff. Even standing directly in front of the server, he still managed to ignore me. Their fresh salad was placed inside a bowl one would usually use for a dipping sauce.

Very convenient hotel

Stayed here for one night as I was scheduled for morning flight to Cebu from Terminal 4 next day. The hotel is very conveniently located across from Terminal 4 and next to plenty of eateries. Hotel was very clean and had very friendly staff. Only downside was that it was “too close” to the airport that you could clearly hear public announcements from the airport which kept us awake at night. If you’re here for a quick layover for the night, I would highly recommend it but just bring ear plugs.

第3ターミナルに迎えを頼みました。空港にあるHotel Servise Counter隣の両替所がアチーバスHの直営らしくそこの従業員に迎車手配電話をしてもらいました。 チャックアウトの日は第1ターミナルに送ってもらいましたがチップを要求されました。 基本的にレストランも売店も現金のみなので多少の両替をしておいた方が良いです。

Property met needs for one overnight. A tip that would have helped prior to check-in is that there is an airport shuttle you can arrange with the hotel; during booking, it seemed through Expedia's wording on the website that it was one-way only (hotel-to-airport), but in reality, it's is both ways. Major concern is noisy outdoors as the hotel is connected to Terminal 4 and announcements from airport can be heard from within rooms. Staff is polite and respectful of belongings with facilities being basic and clean.

Hotel fica do lado do aeroporto, o que facilita um pouco. Pessoal da recepção sempre educado e solicito. Porém o hotel é muito barulhento, você ouve o alto falante do aeroporto anunciando os voos a noite toda, impossível dormir.

Convenient location for Terminal 4

Great location if you have an early morning flight out of Terminal 4. It’s an easy five minute walk across a footbridge to the terminal. A nice surprise was the food at the small restaurant Mactan - tasty and well priced. As other reviews have pointed out you can hear the announcements from the terminal so if a light sleeper pack some ear plugs. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
