Very clean and comfortable stay at a great location. The bed was the most comfy! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Feels very safe to walk around the neighborhood. Even when it’s raining, there is a direct indoor path to Green Hills mall which has everything. For bargain shoppers, there is also a flea market section where you can bargain for cheap souvenirs. I will definitely stay here again!

Staff and security were great! Access to the greenhills mall is convenient. Location to all shops and restos superb! Arrived and efficient security guards greeted us. Reception desk was unmanned. Waited 5 minutes to register. No coffee shop. Thats a shame. No laundry service. Another negative. Room was clean. Bed mattress, linen and pillows are very satisfactory. Kitchenette definitely assisted in making our stay pleasant. Strong sewerage smell emanating from the bathroom.

Dependable staff. Left valuables in the room and nothing went missing :) Room was cleaned everyday. Everyone was polite and place was quiet. 24hr security and lots of dining in the area. Highly recommend. Will stay again. Did not use the pool but it looked clean.

It's right next to the newly renovated Greenhills Shopping Center. Very convenient fir shopping and endless dining options. Hotel is clean. However, it doesn't serve buffet breakfast. Guests get a complimentary plated breakfast vouchers at restaurant inside the mall. Short walking distance because the mall doesn't open until 10am, and breakfast is served before 10am. Other than that, I would highly recommended this hotel.

Checked in and the pillow had stains. The place mat had black wet stains as if someone had just checked out and they didn’t even bother to change the mats. Fridge was also turned off, not sure why. Besides the accessibility to the mall, there’s really no reason why anyone should check into this hotel. You can tell the housekeeping is done at a bare minimum.

There was an accident during our stay. The shower enclosure made of glass got shattered when a family member opened it after she took shower….the glass debris/particles spread out all over the bathroom floor. Luckily, her wounds caused by glass particles were non life-threatening. I believe that the glass enclosure set (including its handles and rollers) had a manufacturing defect because the glass was thick but it probably was brittle or partially cracked and the handles/rollers attached to it were not properly screwed, not lubricated well, or not functioning properly. The property (entire building) is new, has been in operation only for the past 6 months, so it is almost impossible that materials used for the bathroom fixtures are old. The security guards who acted as paramedics were very professional and helpful. They were able to perform first-aid to treat wounds successfully.
