The property and the staff are exceptional!! So friendly and accommodating. Everyone was so helpful. The food was delicious! Great variety. The only issue was the street traffic. Twenty-four hours a day. I sleep soundly and was able to get a good nights sleep. But anyone who needs quiet, this area of town isnt for you. Lots of bars in the area. I would stay there again. BGC is a 3 km walk away.

Good value at price point for location in Makati. Rooms are clean and amenities are adequate. Staff are professional and friendly. Air conditioning consists of individual wall units that are loud and do not set to a specific temperature. Hotel is located in a somewhat seedy part of Makati. Never felt unsafe, but the consistent approaches by purveyors was annoying. Not a ding to the hotel, but Makati traffic makes transport to, from and around the hotel very challenging many hours each day.
