「The toilet & shower place is not good in cleaning」

「The room was clean except we dropped something behind the TV stand. When we had to move the really heavy furniture to grab what fell, I found a small travel bag that belonged to a previous guest underneath the stand. I'm not faulting the maids for that since nobody is moving that absurdly heavy thing to clean underneath everyday. Everything else was great. Breakfast was good, but there was little variety. The juice machine ran out of orange juice, but the front desk clerk replaced it right away.」

「Desk person sent me to the far side of the building to park and the whole back half of the lot was closed. The walk wasn’t too far but the issue annoyed me to be directed to go back there when the lot was closed off. I arrived very late and felt bad for making noise and multiple trips through the hallways. Also, couldn’t find a desk person to check out this morning. Another customer rang the bell multiple times and complained about not getting help.」
