「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,...

「We had an incredible stay at Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo! The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature, breathtaking views, and a peaceful atmosphere. Every detail of the resort is thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and Costa Rica’s Pura Vida spirit. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making the experience even more special. We visited to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was truly...

「This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. No Umbrellas Provided: On a rainy night, the so-called resort had no...

「The location is perfect. Close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. This is a nice relaxing place , great for older people not looking for much. It is a little dated, limited amenities, limited food options for included breakfast and limited flexibility when dealing with staff. The staff was very nice and welcoming. It appeared to be a happening place for the locals. They had game nights and all and people from the area would come. The food was decent overall...
