「Booked this place for 3 people, total 1 week stay. I paid over $6000 for three of us to be all inclusive. Once we got there they told us all inclusive includes Smirnoff vodka, and any drinks under 12$. So they have all their drinks at over $13+. 「All of our cash was stolen from our room the day after we got there. Staff literally searched through all of our bags. Front desk staff and management couldn't have cared less, gave us the runaround for days before finally agreeing to refund us. Here we are, a month after our vacation, and we have not been refunded.
