「Staff were amazing. We had an issue with an excursion and they helped us with it. The resort was clean. The resort is on the smaller side. Pool was big enough but there was not enough loungers for the people there. Also, the food was just average, nothing spectacular. It was a good trip.」

「I tried contacting the property for a pickup but Liberia was in the midst of a rain storm and all their power was out. So taxied out and found my room was ready & waiting. Everything was clean and comfortable, the power was back on in about an hour and the restaurant opened. The food was great, quite tasty. This hotel is convenient to Liberia airport and a great inexpensive option when flying out the next day.」

「The room was very clean and the food in both restaurants was delicious. I loved the pool area with swim-up bar and different hot spring pools. The activities on the property are fun too - zip lining, horse riding, and river tubing. 」

「No coffee for the coffee maker or creamer. Floor felt gritty my husband wished the doors had security lo k. He said shower had to be held by hand if not the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor making it dangerous. Called front desk several times to get help with the internet no answer.」

「The entire property was a 10+. All the employees went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Taco, the bartender/waiter, was great, he offered great advice on the area and made a heck of a Pina Colada. He deserves a raise.」

「The window in the room is frosted which IMO is absurd, especially in a place as beautiful as CR. I asked for a different room and was told all the rooms have just one window that is completely frosted. I don't mind a small room, but a small room without an actual window isn't tolerable for me. I asked for a refund and was told no, so I said I would post this bad review. They responded with a sarcastic, "Thanks". I found a much, much better place to stay even though I had to pay their bill. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2.
