The hotel, territory, and the room was simply fantastic. The beach is well kept and amazing. The restaurants on site offered very tasty healthy quality food. Staff was superbly attentive and each time we came to eat remembered our names. Very personal service and complimentary beers in the room every day. Would definetly go again!

Beautiful resort and beach. The restaurant food for dinner had too many odd flavors placed together giving the entrees a terrible taste and increased richness. Very expensive food, not many options as well. The staff were amazing and very accommodating.

We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary. First time to Costa Rica. Could not have had a better experience. The campus was spotless and verdant. The staff were unfailingly helpful and accommodating. The concierge staff were excellent and thoughtful. The food was delicious. And the views were stunning. 10/10 recommend.

Overall the hotel is good, very new and clean. Not so private tho because the beach is public. the staff is friendly. But receptionists make you feel miserable and look down at you even if you stay in the best suite. This is someone unexpected in a 5 star property and especially in friendly Latin American country . Very disappointing won’t be back.

Amazing property, wonderful staff…my only gripe would be that there isn’t an adults only pool. When getting away from kids, it would be nice to have an adults only area with no kids allowed. All in all though, we loved it. Room was great, food was amazing, and service was top notch. We’ll still be back…possibly just with our kids next time instead.
