Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Air conditioned work. This hotel was more than a four star. Standard room is small. We upgraded to the junior suite and enjoyed it immensely. Beach 5 minute walk. restaurants 3 minutes. Grocery stores across the street.

Staff was easy to communicate with, they’ll send you a message on Expedia, then contacted me on what’s app (most of Costa Rica uses this). They sent me a pin to check-in location. Great location near restaurants and beach. Good support when I needed help with a car , problem with water from above unit...people showed up to assost. Also security on premise does a great job of making sure things stay safe in the gated complex.
