不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine, totally what one could expect but still it was horrible. The dinner menu was very delectable, especially the traditional Costa Rican menu, the soup was delicious and it was a great meal. But don’t get me started on the staff at the buffet, the receptionist was really friendly, the waitresses too, they did their duties greatly. Some of the cooks had a bad attitude, they were dry, rude, serious. We were trying to reserve the sushi restaurant for a whole entire day, we tried to contact staff to help us reserve but they always told us that we needed to talk with the woman there. Still she was never there, we arrive there when she was supposed to be there and she still wasn’t there. When we arrived to the sushi restaurant, the food was salty and very hard to swallow. The customer service was awful in some parts of the hotel, some were nice but some weren’t even welcoming. This all-inclusive hotel isn’t worth coming from, we would never come back here ever again!
