"The room was very nice, although, because of the fireplace, it smelled of wood smoke. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and we really appreciated the towel warmer. We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony, even in the pouring rain. I took the forest walk - how special to tromp through th “jungle” on a well maintained trail."

The contactless check in was easy, just pick up and envelope from the lobby with your room key and instructions. The help yourself towels, coffees and toiletries was a very nice touch. Overall we were delighted with our stay in Volcano and wouldnt hesitate to recommend."

"We weren't able to check in during the listed check-in times, but Tasha was able to accommodate us. After discovering all the restaurants in town were shut down before our arrival, it was a relief to find a couple snacks and fruits in a bowl waiting for us on arrival. The place was very clean and comfortable. The obly opportunity for improvement would bebetter signage feom the road. "
