"This property is perfect for families - they do need to upgrade the suites with more accommodating flooring than carpet that’s been there for many years. Pools are fabulous - the bigger pool could be a little warmer given the breezes you get there. We loved the pool by the beach more for that reason - perfect temperature. People were kind, it was great to walk around and down to other hotels. Walked back and forth to Duke’s easily! "

"The resort was nice and had all the amenities you would expect. The concierge, however, led us astray. We booked an expensive boat ride, and the concierge told us breakfast and lunch would be served and even took our lunch orders. Neither meal was served and our party (including children) was uncomfortable and hungry. "

"Nice hotel with a great beach near the black rock snorkeling spot. Pool was nice, but the hotel was “high volume” — a lot of people go through there and I think they have to work hard to keep the place clear, which they do pretty well. We stayed in a deluxe suite with 4 people which was very comfortable and a step above the standard room. We really liked it. We ate most of our meals at the resort, which was very expensive, but the food was decent. Overall, this was a great family trip."
