「The service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. 」

「Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.」
