We loved our stay here. Everyone was extremely welcoming. The decor, art, furnishings were an experience. Lots of dining options steps from the hotel (back restaurant door). We will definitely stay here again on our next London trip!

The attention to detail in the room made the experience feel incredibly special. There was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree waiting for us, milk and cookies delivered for the kids, thoughtful little bags of kids toiletries, and even candles to take home—details that felt both luxurious and genuinely warm.
Beyond all of that, the room itself was absolutely gorgeous. We didn’t want to leave. An unforgettable stay, and one we will be talking about for a long time

We had a great stay at SoHo London. From the front desk staff to concierge to restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Staff are friendly especially to my two young boys. Also, Julien at the concierge desk was particularly helpful and assisted with booking various activities we had in mind. We’ll definitely stay there again in the future.

Only disappointment was no tea making facilities in the room.
We had a wonderful stay at The Soho Hotel, everything was perfect! We booked a deluxe Junior Suite for a special celebration and also a large table in the hotel's Refuel restaurant for a birthday dinner. The hotel and restaurant staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms and main hotel areas are beautifully designed and every little touch has been considered. The food is also fabulous! Would recommend 100% and we are looking forward to staying there again.
We loved our stay at the Soho! The staff are all amazing, and so friendly. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and they really made it special. The location can't be beat, easy walking distance to anything you could possibly want.
