"Check in was busy and confusing. They have a semi self check in but had people there to help as it was not self explanatory with what you should do. We had a twin room which gave my husband and I a bit more space. Rooms were quiet even though there are a lot of people staying at the hotel. Water in the shower was not ideal as it was like warm at best, never hot - maybe this is due to the amount of people using water. Breakfast was also busy but an excellent buffet and well worth the money. This hotel was close-ish to Shinjuku Station which was nice; about 15 minutes. Worth the stay."

"I choose this hotel for two reason: location and five star reviews. So I was so surprised to see very thin dingy yellow old down comforter in the room. Bed was too firm for me to sleep comfortably. After checking taxi was at hotel ready to drive you to airport that was plus."

"Overall we had a good stay at Miyashita Park Hotel. The location is excellent—super central and very convenient for exploring Tokyo, especially during cherry blossom season. That said, for the price we paid, the experience didn’t fully match expectations. The room was serviced every two days, which was fine, but there was noticeable dust that seemed to reappear daily—possibly from the air vents. It didn’t bother us too much, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with allergies. Also, there are only two washer/dryer units for the entire hotel, so it was difficult to rely on them during our stay. Overall, still a good experience thanks to the location, but a few details could be improved, especially considering the price point."

"This was a fabulous stay! The service was amazing and fast and the food was delicious! Highly recommend getting the Executive level to take advantage of the lounges and meals. 10 out of 10 would recommend."

"Staff and amenities were excellent, but room condition was not thoroughly clean upon arrival. We found trash under the bed and behind the nightstand. There were also stains on the couch, and the bathroom had black mold in the grout and drain and a bad smell. We let them know about the mold and they did a thorough cleaning of the bathroom which helped. We did appreciate the washer/dryer and mini kitchen in the unit."
