New hotel, beautiful decor with a comfy and well thought out common area on the 2nd floor (a huge plus when hotel rooms in Tokyo are small). Room itself is well furnished, clean, and trendy. Western style shower a plus for us Americans. And the location is top notch- so much shopping and great restaurants in Azabujuban, and Roppongi Hills are easily in walking distance. Finally, staff were willing to keep our luggage for the afternoon after checkout, perfect for one last day in Tokyo before heading to the airport. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lively. Rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable beds, shower powerful and hot. Breakfast was good, and choices so not a buffet. Nice bar area, free drinks between 5-6! Staff very helpful. Areas has lots of places to eat and located near to public transport.

Good stay. Very comfortable. Missing the small touches but is very good for a 4* stay. Free beer or wine between 5-6pm is a nice added touch. Not super central but good location as it has good transport links and close to restaurants and a shopping centre. Hotel is comfortable and modern

Great hotel in a lovely part of the city. I really enjoyed the cafe machine in the lobby. I really enjoyed all the shops in the area and you are close to a subway station. The bakery across the street is really good and a must try.

We have stayed at The Lively previously and love the hotel and location. Busy enough area with lots of dining options but not overly crowded. Three minute walk to train station to get you to any other location. Very clean snd staff is friendly.

Amazing hotel in a local area, far from the chaos of the touristy Tokyo hotspots. However super well connected that you could get around easily. We upgrades fo a larger room last minute and the room was great in terms of size. Big bed, big bathroom. The staff were great in terms of recommendations for places to eat which we really appreciated. The shared spaces and bar were quiet when we visited but once again, we liked that. Hotel was super quiet for any light sleepers which was amazing. Would definitely return!
