「Best spot to stay and enjoy the Gateway Arch the fullest. Only a few steps away, the convience couldn't be beat! Attentive service, good beds and despite the high self park garage at $36/night, it was worthwhile after a tiring day of sightseeing. 」

「Everyone at the front desk was amazing but the room could use some attention. The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint falling off and landing all over everything. An exhaust fan would probably fix this problem. The curtains were very dirty...had food or something smeared all over them. Safety guard across the window had peeling paint on it. Extra whole had been drilled in the vent in the bathroom, not sure what that for but we plugged it just in case. Will not allow me to attach...

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」
