We stayed two nights and asked cleaning staff to just replace towels and washcloths, they acknowledged what we wanted, but didn't action. We understand the low cost equates to less options, but the basic options, like breakfast and clean towels are expected.」

I called the hotel to make sure me arriving early the next morning was ok and they said yes and for some reason they checked me in and charged my card. 3. I wasn’t made aware of that til I went to cancel my stay yesterday and was told by a different employee that I had already been checked in. 4.」
