My king room, while older, was clean and odor-free. I prefer to stay in "Mom and Pop" motels rather than chains, and it worked out well for a one night work-related stay. The room was so quiet! That was the most important thing me. I got a great night sleep every night! It was also very spacious, clean and fairly new and upgraded inside. The location was amazing. I loved having the washer and dryer.
