"I’m usually not one that is to picky about hotel room expectations, but I was very disappointed in this stay. I had read on their booking details that the pool was scheduled to be closed thru 5/31. Our stay was on 6/7, and I called ahead of booking to see if we would be able to swim, and they said yes. Upon arrival, I asked again, and it was in fact not open. Ok, kind of a bummer, but we made the best of it. Started watching a movie, and the WiFi went out. Their tv’s are streaming only, so couldn’t do that anymore. It never reconnected the rest of the stay. Next morning, needed to iron a shirt, no ironing board. My son needed to take a bath, no drain stopper in the tub. Forgot to pack my hairdryer, not one in the room. Maybe I am cranky because the smoke detector went off at 6am and the room didn’t stay cold, but these are all little things that made this hotel a disappointing stay for the price."

"Totally messed up my reservation. We reserved for two rooms only received one. My friend had to go and reserve a room for themselves. No one was willing to look into problem. Just blamed it on Hotels.com and advised I reserve direct with them next time. There will be no next time for this chain."

"The staff were great and that’s about it for this hotel. It just needs a big update with fixing the basics. The pool is out of order. The AC in the room didn’t work. The shower had a hole drilled in it (weird). The beds were decent BUT the pillows had no fill in them."

"We stayed 5 nights.The beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels were nice and were replaced everyday which we appreciated as we had a 94 year old with us to assist. We did appreciate the gym facilities. The staff did not hardly speak any English and were unavailable for many people who were attempting to ask questions and check out. The pool was absolutely filthy, used towels everywhere and turning green. The pool deck was slimy. The public bathrooms by the pool (both)had run out of paper towels and toilet paper midweek.Breakfast was barely adequate, most frustrating that they closed at 9 AM even on a Friday. We were unhappy that there were no coffee cup lids at all, ever. Now to the extremely important problems. We booked an ADA handicap 2 queen bed room. The beds were 3 feet high ,We had to go out and purchase a step to get her in bed at all! What were the designers thinking??!! There wasn’t 4 inches between the air conditioner and the bed. In the middle space you could not even get a walker through, much less a wheelchair. The bathroom was NOT ADA accessible in any way shape or form . A wheelchair would not fit in the door to the restroom at all! There wasn’t a shower, only a tub with a nod to disability with a small poorly bar. The whole room was VERY difficult for a mobility impaired senior. We were quite disappointed ourselves, and there was much dissatisfaction as well from the guests in the lobby and breakfast area. You need to monitor this hotel."
