I asked to have my window shade fixed so it could be drawn completely and I had privacy. Staff never did even though one person tried and said they’d be back while I was out for the day. I didn’t feel as safe since I was on 1st floor and could see out my window at all times, and others could see in.

They put me in room 125 right next to housekeeping even though the place was virtually empty. There is a bowl at the desk to drop your key cards in and the one on top was 125... so they recycled the same room which I didn't like and housekeeping was noisy. Breakfast was AWFUL. Stale bagels. The sausage LITERALLY had ice still on it as they dumped frozen sausage into a chafing dish. Got high on the way to the car in the afternoon (no, not on purpose).

Room was NOT clean, found narcotic pills on floor. Pool area not clean. Toilet did not would not flush. Breakfast was just terrible . I was in town for my brother’s funeral and this stay made everything so much worse .

When i first got there i paid for a king bed, i was there with my child. The bedding was digustingly dirty and stained. There was makeup and dirt on the covers and it looked like they just flipped the sheets and bedding. The chair had bodily fluids on it! I took pictures don’t worry! They came and changed the bedding. Then found out the shower didn't actually work, the pin that you pull ok to turn the bath to shower wasn't connected to anything. Went down and asked for a new room. They only had a double queen, whatever at least the shower worked. I did not get refunded the difference for the room since i paid for one and they were out of others. Also I was there in town for a my dads funeral so this definitely didn't help the situation.

The room was clean and comfortable. The elevator door slower than watching paint dry, the window in our room had a huge crack that was taped together. Toilet ran every 70 seconds, that was very annoying. I did Let the front desk know upon my exiting about the toilet (so they could fix it). They did not seem interested. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Very basic, Cheerios follows by fruit loops in the same dispenser. Could not get the fruit loops until the Cheerios are gone. All in all, if you only need a room for the night and you have a good sense of humor…..it did the job. Would not recommend staying more than the single night.

We arrived Friday, 3 of our rooms were not ready for check-in @3p. After 5p, we were not allowed to enter our rooms until much later. On Saturday, the elevator was not working. We checked out on Monday morning. The bed linen had not been changed. The room floors were not mopped

Well i had yo wait over an hour for my check in and when i checked in they charged me $100 deposit which i want get back fir 2 days orvso after check out. And friday night itcwas a group of huys smoking talking loud playindlg loud music so no sleep was gotten that night. Kids running up and down the hallways playing knock and run!!! Outta control!!

Not a pleasant stay

The check was as in every other hotel. The room seemed ok, but the moment I looked at my bed, I noticed a huge stain on my blanket, which looked like an oil stain. I went down to the front desk to ask for another one, but the attendant ignored me. Then I looked at my sheets themselves, and there was a small brown paint-looking stain. The second day, my family did not spend much time in the room as we went and started our activities. After we were done for the night, I went and used the restroom, and the toilet flooded the entrance of our room. I went to tell the front desk that all they offered was to call maintenance and lend us a plunger. We quickly packed our things and checked out, which then the person working the front desk quickly offered us a new room, which we denied. Got my security money back, but did not stay the second night.
