"Te hotel was absolutely amazing!!! The design and layout we very good. The staff was on point with everything!!! Great location!!!"

"This was one of the worst hotels I stayed at in London. For the price you can get much better accommodations. I’ll start with the good things as it is only one: the location, it was the only good thing about this hotel. The elevator barely worked, they had 3 but only 1 was working for the 2 days I stayed there. Often I ended up taking the stairs because of the line of people waiting for the elevator, my room was on the 3rd floor. The bathroom towel was sorry I could see black stains on it. The room advertised a city view but it was one measly window. The check in was self service where u have to scan your own card, I needed some help from the staff and he was condescending when helping. I overheard a couple of staff arguing with each other and a senior staff was comparing a certain situation that happened in the hotel and making a negative comparison of that situation to Bangladesh, I am from Bangladesh so I was offended by that. The room service was offered every 4 days which meant mother was cleaned during my stay there as it was only 2 days. There are often homeless loitering around the front of the hotel even during early evening time. Overall I would never stay here again."

"This property is in a lovely location and has great views but the 4 star rating is by a far a mistake. The property has not been properly maintained. We arrived and despite showing they have air conditioning our room was 28.5 degrees and we were told “too bad” open the window The sink did not work properly we had to change rooms. The toilet in the new room did not work properly The grout lines were dirty and the finishes all coming off They switched our rooms and provided absolutely no communication as to the location of our new room and they moved our belongings there so after we got back from a day out we had no idea where our room or our belongings were Skip the breakfast in the morning there are better cafes in the area. I did enjoy the area but this hotel is very lacking in staff, communication, maintenance and cleanliness"

"Clean and comfy large room. Good bathroom with all you’ll need. Breakfast was ample with plenty of choice - but surprised when we went at 9am there was a large queue obviously a popular time to avoid! That said once in plenty of room no big queues for food/coffee etc - so actually well managed! Thanks for a great stay."
