Only stay at this hotel if it is the cheapest and you have no other options. It’s very basic and falling apart and staff were rude. But it’s a good location and often the cheapest place in London.

The hotel was located well and had some beautiful restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are a little dated and the shower in our room was broken, kept falling down off the holder. But the staff were lovely, and overall we had a lovely stay.

Perfect stay, cannot fault it. Our room was absolutely huge with all the amenities you could ask for. Lovely view too. Parking is really easy and convenient and I think for central London it’s great value. We always stay in Canary Wharf but first time at this hotel and we have already booked to return in a couple of months.

We booked last minute because the private room we'd booked had not been properly cleaned. Location was close to the Canary Wharf metro line. A food court in the mall and an additional food hall were nearby.
