「This place is under construction and they don't take responsibility for a guest not knowing before booking. Our room is facing the construction, balcony is blocked off with no access, and they gave us a warning as we checked in that we would be subject to construction noise from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for each of our 3 days here. They said we had to talk to Expedia and would not offer any alternate room or compensation. Our experience with the front desk staff was horrible. They were completely...

「Room conditions upon arrival were disappointing. The couch was broken, and it took approximately two hours for management to address the issue. The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard, and hot water took roughly five minutes to warm up. The overall property appeared poorly maintained and not as advertised. Notably, the listing photos featured a neighboring building rather than the actual property,...

「酒店干净，打扫及时，位置很好。惟一问题，Wifi太不给力了。」

「I have just returned from a fabulous stay at Bahama Beach Club. This wonderful property provided an immaculately clean and comfortable unit for my stay. I had a full kitchen, living room and a very comfortable large bed. The air conditioning was great, along with easy parking too. There was even a tea kettle, I’ve never seen one in Florida before! I had everything that I needed to make life easy away from home. It is a lovely, peaceful place and the location was fantastic. I walked across to the...

「The room the location the beach just absolutely perfect. Very quiet love this hotel」

「Property was older and has charm, grounds are very nice beachfront and magnificent views, very walkable parking is easily accessible and free. Unfortunately, bathroom shower very slow to drain and air conditioning unit was only in the living area and did not circulate cool air into the bedroom, which was very hot and too uncomfortable for me to be able to sleep in the bed, there was a ceiling fan but didn’t help much moving cool air around.」

「we had a power outage for 24 hours almost ; no. communication ,no compensation ; very upsetting Kept on asking for late checkout ; never. an answer 」

「From beginning to end, this was hands down one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had! Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my entire stay, all the way through checkout. One of my favorite perks was the free shuttle service. They provided rides to nearby stores where I could pick up groceries, drinks, and everything I needed to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It was great not having to rely on ordering food or eating...

「great place?」

「Had to drive through flooding to get to parking. My room was disgusting. Came with a used bar of soap on the bathroom sink! Towels were smelly amd dirty. Along with the pillows. It looked looked like someone had used the room for a quicky and the staff didnt bother to clean at all. I arrived late nd had to be up early the next morning so I cleaned what I could to make it comfortable to just get some rest after traveling. A lit of noise from the outside. Steap stairs to my room so carrying my...
