The only real complaint is the extra charge of housekeeping, 5 days and without sweeping and new towels (unless you take yours to the office) makes the sand alot to deal with. The office staff was excellent, the beach is just steps away, and you're very close to everything. Its a great little place for the price and location.

Honest review to help others. I travel a lot and im used to staying in higher end places. This is a great budget place to stay and very close to beach/restaurants/entertainment. Check in and front desk was amazing and super friendly. The young lady explained everything perfect and helped in every way through check in and check out. The room - lots of outlets not working, lights out, but overall for the price, the bed and room were clean. For someone with an open mind and willing to work around things. It was amazing and worked great for a quick stay and no high standards. The only negative thing i have to say even with the budget, location, and etc. The restroom has black mold all over the walls. Its very clear it has been painted over more than once. That would be the only thing id say that wasnt acceptable during my stay due to health hazards. This should be something with no exception. Aside from that overall, if youre looking for a high end place to stay. Go pay the price for one. If youre on a budget, have a " work around and adapt" mentality, and are understanding the type of place youre stating at for the price. Its a great place to go. P.S be careful where you park, parking might be a little inconvenient at certain times of the day. But again if youre willing to work around that, its very manageable and there is parking available.. just maybe need to move your car closer when the parking becomes avaliable. Hope this helps and thank you to the staff

This was a great place to stay! If you are looking for luxury, this place isn’t for you, it’s clean, they treat you like a king! About 75 steps to the beach! The courtyard is a great place to hang out and meet people! I loved that the most! Antonio the maintenance man and I shared a lot of laughs together! He’s a wonderful person! You can’t beat the price of this place if you are just wanting to enjoy the beach! There is a bandstand just up the boardwalk that has a wide variety of music and was very entertaining! The boardwalk has a wide variety of food to enjoy! They clean the beach every morning and it’s a beautiful place to watch the sunrise! I stayed 7 days and enjoyed the whole week! Even took in a few Marlins baseball games while I was there because my favorite team, the Cardinals were playing there, which I didn’t know until I got there! I highly recommend this place! I definitely would recommend spending a few days there anytime!

Provided a lot of amenities. Beach towels, chairs, sunscreen. Accommodate us when we were there early and stayed later than our check out time. Enjoyed the patio and meeting friendly people and staff. Close walking to the ocean.

We had a perfect spot on the boardwalk! I loved it here. Definitely needs air purifiers and to change the filters very often but other than that very nice. People were sweet and very chill! Food by the area is gross would not recommend, but this hotel is a must. Great location!

Such a cute little place!! An original tucked in between the larger, more expensive places. Steps from the beach, easy Uber Drive from airport & walkable to tons of bars/restaurants. Will definitely be staying there again!!

The check in was easy . They took our phone number and called when our room was ready. We had a very early arrival @9 AM and didnt expect to get in then but did get in about 1 PM.The room was a little dated but look like upgrades were taking place . It was clean and had what we needed
