「My only recommendation is that they can lower their prices because I have been going there for five years and in this year prices were extremely high. 」

「Clean and tidy」

「Bring roach spray. Don’t bring your swimsuits. Health department closed the pool due to the ongoing construction. Don’t plan on eating the advertised breakfast it does not exist. I feel sorry for the employees. They were great. I’d hate to be the one to tell the guests no pool or no breakfast. The least they could have done would have been to let the guests know the above issues. Booked through Expedia. They wanted to offer a 25 dollar refund. Not interested unfortunately. 」

「From the time we arrived until we left the next morning everything was perfect! Audrey who checked us in showed us the entire property and was so friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. 「Not clean 」

「Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.」

「Love this place! Stayed 2x & will be back… last day I found out about the heated pool. So glad they told me. The staff is great. You get a discount for restaurant next-door as a hotel guest. And the staff at the restaurant is great as well. Then you get a free breakfast at the mermaid Café next-door and it is the perfect way to start your day after checkout. Can’t wait to visit again!」

「The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. 」
