"This is a total dump, we are demanding our money back
arived at 3 o'clock my wife and I refused to even enter the place, my daugther asked about the room saying "hey how bad can it be? LOL" She came down and said lets get the hell out of here..... The room "a dumster fire" wasnt ready and acording to here looked like the previous people left days ago and she said upon arival to the room it was just left wide open we are definetly fighting our carges on this dump they need to tare down and...

"The staff was awesome. I had a small issue at check in that was immediately resolved. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The new hot tub is wonderful. The only issue we had was a couple of groups would come to the pool deck early in the morning and clip their towels to chairs around a table and disappear for hours and hours - with the limited amount of tables I feel this should not be allowed to happen. "
