"Great hotel! However , I called twice to inquire about my receipt emailed to me and spoke to the same ruddest person ever ! "

"Impromptu honeymoon when I flight was diverted to Austin from Dallas then delayed 5 hours. Staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our first night we ordered room service close to closing but they were super accommodating and even gave us a bottle of wine when they heard what happened. "

"Construction was so loud. No grass for service dog to potty. "

"Breakfast was better than any other similar hotel class we have stayed .Room was good size , with cutlery , dishwasher, microwave and a fridge.Very clean property , nice gym and pool, staff is amazing ."

"Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty typical- scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, English muffins, toast, waffles, etc. The pool was very nice, and we used the gym a couple of times."

"A lot of homeless people live on the street, so its not so clean, but lots of nice bars and jazzclubs like the elephant room was really great. "
