「We were pleased with our stay. It was easy to get to Cleveland clinic from here. The kids we saw were enjoying the activity area. It's an older hotel but it was clean and employees were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again. 」

「The property is located below another quality hotel, but has a charming, privacy because of the trees. It has ample parking and is very quiet. The bed is good quality, everything in the room was clean, including very clean and attractive wood flooring instead of carpet, which I liked. Perhaps the proprietors will replace the hallway carpeting, which is somewhat worn. There is no elevator, which is not needed for a two-floor establishment. 「Comfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue. 」

「The service and the attention was awesome. I do have little small concern about the bathroom tub. It was very slippery when taking a shower. Now, this next item is about the server in your restaurant, named Kathy. She was very attentive, very concise, and very concerned about my needs. 「Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. 」
