「The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated the airport shuttle.」

「They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other...

「Everyone is friendly and helpful whenever we had questions its very peaceful and quiet i def recommend this place. The AC works very well keeps nice and cold considering how hot its been.」

「我们两人是出差住的此酒店，位置就在当地一所大学的校区旁边。出行交通比较便利，酒店房间也还算干净和宽敞明亮，也有免费的早餐和无线网络，这点比较满意。反正性价比算高。」

「The exterior of the building was not well-maintained; it was crumbling in parts of the facade, the lawn wasn't mowed, and there were gaps in the sidewalks around the parking lot. The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was a bit bare bones.」

「The hotel is renovating rooms, so there is some visible construction material, but we stayed in one of the updated rooms and it looked and was AMAZING! Totally worth the money By all the main shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic. We go to alliance at least twice a year and will stay here from now on.」

The front desk clerk showed little empathy and suggested the issue was because only one guest was listed on the reservation. Additionally, the room had chipping paint or cracks near the ceiling. 「The pull out sofa is a twin size! These rooms will not fit 6 people. My two young kids couldn’t fit together on the pull out and had to sleep on the floor.」
