「Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots.」

「We were disappointed the bed was supposed to be a queen ended up with a full the exhaust fan didn't work door to the bathroom came off the hinges the one sink leaked both cold and hot and when it was fixed it was put on backwards 」

「Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved.」

「AMAZING BREAKFAST! THEY HAVE OMLET ON DEMAND. DELICIOUS! Room was clean and great space for big groups. My only complaint and disappointment is that, because we were a big group we did use the sofa bed and it was a big disappointment. The mattress was super thin and it was leaning back, so we had sleep where the feet goes. And this line of hotel I would have expected better quality.」

「The front desk staff was super nice but unfortunately checked one of the people in our group into a room full of another guests items and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also found spots of what looked like blood on the walls and when we crawled into bed the sheets were both stained and had hair on them. 「Rooms were clean fir the most part. Shower and tub were not. Bathroom floor was kind of clean. Bathroom door did not latch closed nor did it have a lock. No elevator, stairs only, 3 story building. Continental breakfast was marginal at best. However there is a food location across the street. It is what I would expect for $55 to $65 a night. There are much better options for $85 a night in the area.」

「For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). 」

「The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!」

「Pay for the cheapest room you can get. I paid for a room that was supposed to have a microwave and fridge since it was for several days, and it had neither. The manager insisted I had not paid for what I did, even after he was shown that that's exactly what I paid for. TV also didn't work, and he said, "Yeah, we've been having problems with that". I recommend going anywhere other than here.」
